I haven't watched a single episode of Battlestar Galactica ever since I moved to the UK. Just learned that they have killed off Captain Kara "Starbuck" Thrace played by Katee Sackhoff on the TV series..
Got this piece of info while going through the Lubyvision blog. Chris, the owner of Lubyvison.com and another Battlestar fan, has decided that Starbuck is not dead and bases it on a few reasons.
FYI, Chris is the director at a summer camp in the Texas hill country.

Oh gosh! How I loved Battlestar Galactica when I was growing up. Fell head over heels in love with Capt. Starbucks because at the time, I thought he was gorgeous! On hindsight...euw! I was probably 8 or 9 then. I still love Starbucks though...the coffee, I mean hehehe...
I think you are referring to Lieutenant Starbuck, played by Dirk Benedict in the original TV series. In the latest version Capt. Starbuck is a lady. Dirk was one of the participants of the latest Celebrity Big Brother show in the UK.
