1. Random: Like you, a couple of years ago, I was jobless for about a year. Did some part time jobs and wrote for an IT magazine.
2. Challenge: Come up with a new layout for your blog. Time to move away from the generic Blogger template.
3. Color: White, because it's the predominant colour of your blog.
4. Like: Your honest posts about being a Melayu but not feeling like one because I guess that's something similar to what I face too - a non-bumi married to a Melayu lady.
5. Memory: I went over to your blog after you left a comment (can't remember when), liked your posts and added you to my blogroll.
6. Animal: Had me thinking for a while because I can't recall you writing about any animal. At first I was thinking of "Bat" because you like Meat Loaf but then I thought the Lion, your zodiac sign. Brave and proud.
7. Question: I was wondering why you wrote "later Chicago Illinois?" under 'About me'
8. Song: It has got to be Meat Loaf's "Two out of Three Ain’t Bad.” I remember you mention somewhere that it is your favourite song. Not my fav but I love it too.

ya this sounds interesting but doesn't a blogger has to know the other blogger quite well before she/he can answer all those Qs, which are kind of like observation of the other persons.

1. Random: Have been a regular visitor to your blog since your old blogspot days and I guess you are among the few to regularly comments on my posts.
2. Challenge: Of late, I find that your blog has become too serious. Write something humourous for a change.
3. Color: Green. It's the colour of your blog. yeah, cooling to the eye.
4. Like: Your passionate posts on human rights and against injustice.
5. Memory: Can't exactly recall but you have been on my blogroll for a long time.
6. Animal: It has got be the tortoise. Slow but steadily you have built up a reputation as one of Malaysia's outspoken bloggers.

i realise i kinda accidentally cheated cos i never did assign an animal to ya.. but now that i know that pic is of u snorkelling (i had to tilt me head and kinda "relax" my eyes.. then suddenly i got it, heehehe!), i suppose i'd assign a clownfish [nemo, heehehe!] to ya :-)
and thanx for "doing" me! some responses for ya:
#2: the challenge of a new blog template: yeah, i've been wanting to change, don't quite like the templates out there,, and don't know much of HTML to tweak existing ones.. but yes, the niat is there.. i'll take u up on the challenge.. soon :-)
#6: not that there is any "right" answer, but i heartily approve of your choice of lion :-) a bat would have been unusual too :-)
# 7: cos at that point in time I was still in the middle of hoop-jumping for visa requirements and while i certainly intended to end up with him in Chicago, nothing can be certain until i'm actually there, eh? another two weeks and i can change that to plain ol Chicago Illinois! :-)
#8: my first ever Meat Loaf song, well before i knew of the masterpiece that is the Bat out of Hell album. nice pick!
